Imagine it's 1981 and Martin Rushent and Giorgio Moroder produced Travelogue.
What would that sound like?
Parralox have produced a loving recreation of The Human League's classic 2nd album "Travelogue" using analog synths including Matrix Brute, Fairlight CMI30A, Sequential Circuits Pro One and Jupiter 8.
Travelogue is also available as a Limited Edition 4 CD (Super Deluxe Fan Bundle)" and features 3 Bonus Limited Edition CD-Rs:
Do you still recall in the Juke Box Hall when the music played?
And the world span around to a brand new sound of those far off days
Times are changing fast but we won't forget
Though that age is past, we'll be rockin' yet
Rock'n'roll - HEY! - rock'n'roll
A rock'n'roll - HEY! - rock'n'roll
Rock'n'roll - HEY! - rock'n'roll
Rock'n'roll, rock, rock'n'roll
A rock'n'roll, rock
Nightclubbing
written by Jim Osterberg, David Bowie
Nightclubbing, we're nightclubbing
We're what's happening
Nightclubbing, we're nightclubbing
We're an ice machine
We meet people, brand new people
They're something to see
When you're nightclubbing
We're nightclubbing
Oh isn't it wild?
Nightclubbing, we're nightclubbing
We're walking through town
Nightclubbing, we're nightclubbing
We walk like a ghost
We learn dances, brand new dances
Like the nuclear bomb
When we're Nightclubbing
Bright, white clubbing
Oh isn't it wild?

If ever there was a new electronic pop band to encapsulate and emulate the legendary stylings of Depeche Mode, The Human
League, Erasure, New Order, Pet Shop Boys and the spirit of Madonna in her 80s day-glo era, then Australia’s Parralox are that modern-day reincarnation....more

A Secret Wish is still an album I play to this day. It has never waned. I actually think it has got better with age. I'm not a fan generally of live recordings but this is one I love listening to. And Disziplin is on here too. Just as I remember it on The Tube. Who could ask for anything more? Just wish I would have been there but this is the next best thing. ❤ bazgray

Bandcamp is my favorite app. Without Bandcamp I would missed out on a lot of great music like Empathy Test! A wonderful album. Occasionally bombastic with nice synths and the voice of Isaac Howlett on top. Well done guys💪🏽 Fredschuit
Lean, cutting synthwave with an industrial edge from this California artist, with icy keys slashing across thumping beats. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 22, 2021
