John von Ahlen has a radio show called Neon Nights, which is on JOY949, Australia's largest LGBTIQ Radio Station, and his co-host is Costa Lakoumentas.

In December 2019 John and Costa saw the Depeche Mode tribute band "Strangelove" perform in Melbourne, Australia.

The concert was simply amazing, and was like seeing Depeche Mode perform live in the late 80s. The sounds and visuals were perfect.

When "Behind the Wheel" started playing, we both found ourselves dancing to its relentless beat and I think we both simultaneously said "this needs a dance remix - with COWBELLS!".

Fast forward to early 2020 and the cowbells have arrived :)

A Secret Wish is still an album I play to this day. It has never waned. I actually think it has got better with age. I'm not a fan generally of live recordings but this is one I love listening to. And Disziplin is on here too. Just as I remember it on The Tube. Who could ask for anything more? Just wish I would have been there but this is the next best thing. ❤ bazgray
