Verse 1
Deep inside machinery
I feel it grow inside of me
There's something missing I can tell
The creator hid it well

Pre Chorus
The sum of parts or so it seems
Is there a code to make us dream?
Is flesh and blood the only way?
We dream to live and we dream to stay

I'm out of place
So artificial
I need to be real
I'm incomplete
I'm artificial
So how does it feel?

Verse 2
To feel the beating of a heart
It may require a brand new start
I must replace machinery
Not violate the circuitry

Repeat Pre Chorus
Repeat Chorus

Middle 8
Cold hands, oh no!
This is machinery
Warm heart, oh yeah!
That is what I should be

Repeat Chorus
